  • Do you run a phone hot line in case of emergency or last minute situation?

    No, we do not currently have a phone hot line.

    However, if you contact us here, we will respond quickly!

    Do not hesitate to contact the relevant rail operator in the event of an emergency or a last minute situation. You can call them or go to the train station and speak with someone at the ticket counter.

    We have been informed that certain rail operators have refused to cancel or exchange tickets booked through us. This is unfortunately not true at all. If you are told that your tickets can only be cancelled by RailClick, please insist that this is false and that the rail operator can cancel the tickets with absolute certainty. They are unable to issue refunds directly (you must contact us to arrange a refund), but they are able to cancel.
